Lido Opens Saturday 26 April 2008
Chipping Norton’s favourite, family
friendly open-air pool opens its doors again at 12 noon
on Saturday 26 April. The long dark months are receding
and we can look forward to long warmer days spent out of
doors. The Lido offers nearly six months of swimming and
fun for all the family, well worth the price of a season
ticket.

25m pool of crystal
clear water has a
water slide at the
deep end.

The weather shouldn't be a deterrent as
the water is heated to a
minimum of 23° C, so even in
a traditional British
summer you can take
the plunge and enjoy
a swim.
Fun
You don’t even have to swim! You can
just watch your children or grandchildren swimming
(something you can’t do at many indoor pools.)

SPRINGING INTO ACTION!
Volunteers are being called upon to help clean,
repair and paint The Lido facilities prior to
opening. Willing and able grown-ups and professional
trade skills are very welcome! If you can spare
a few hours on 29 & 30 March, 5 & 6 April

Capital Appeal
Donations are still needed to complete the improvements
to the infrastructure of The Lido. Anyone wishing to
contribute to the appeal should download a Gift
Aid form (Word doc. 222KB) and post back with your
